Advertising Information
All ad prices are for full-color, but can be Black-and-White (prices are the same). There is a 5% discount for multiple ad placement for 2-3 ads within single or consecutive issues, and an additional 5% discount for 4 or more (totaling 10%). A further 5% discount is offered for repeat advertisers and advance payment on single and multiple ads. This is off the stated ad rates on the website. We reserve the right to raise rates as the cost to print the magazine escalates, but will do so not more than once every two years.
Space will be reserved once payment has been received/cleared. Ads are due one month prior to issue release dates (see above) and payment is due at that time (if not sent prior); non-payment in a timely manner will result in the ad not running. Paying advertisers that miss the ad artwork deadline will be bumped to the following issue. Note that space is limited: first come, first served. An electronic proof of the ad will be sent to advertisers prior to printing the magazine (via PDF). Timely response (within 48 hours) via e-mail is appreciated; a non-response is assumed to be agreement that there are no errors/issues.
Terms and Conditions
Billing: Payment is Net 30 days. 1.5% monthly service charge applied on unpaid balance over 45 days. Advertisers using a PO Box in their address must furnish Publisher with a legal street address and phone number.
